I give my full apporval of new preaching prof. Damien Spikeriet. Spikeriet(sp?) sounds crazy German, eh? Especially considering his uncle's name is Manfrid Spikeriet. Anyways, point is that he rocks. Put him on the list of lures for OCC.

OK, annonymous, if you are going to make a joke like that, you have to be man enough to take credit for it. Show yourself you coward!
It was me.
This is why I don't post on ambassablog. The only Helmut I know is Helmut Richard Niebuhr. I think maybe there's one who wrote a book like _Good Advice for Bad Theolgians_ or something. The last name Kloester is running through my head, but I don't have the foggiest where to tie it down. You guys are just too cliquey for me. I live in a vacuum.
I also give my approval of Brother Damien (mostly because he served for a couple years at my home church in Colorado and because his last name is so fun to say)!
No self-respecting German would dress that nicely. It is inately antithetical to traditional scholarship.
